The most obvious place to find them is in your local Sunday paper, but there are TONS of places you can find them!
1. The Sunday news paper ~
There will usually be inserts in them like SS (Smart Source), RP (Red Plum), PG (Proctor & Gamble), and sometimes there is Unilever, General Mills, Keebler and a couple of others. If you don't get a subscription to the paper, that's ok! You can pick them up at the local store or gas station. Make sure when you get it, you check to make sure there are inserts in there.
This week we only got one each of SS & RP.
You can also ask your friends and family for them out of their papers!
The bigger the paper, the more coupons you will score from it. We have a weekly local paper and two papers that come from the two largest cities. I will typically pick up all three.
If you would like a preview of what will be in the inserts, you can always check out the most current week preview HERE. If you would like to know how many and what insert will be that week, you can check out the insert schedule HERE.
2. Store Coupons ~
Stores like Walgreens, CVS, Hy-Vee, Family Dollar and Target all put out their own coupons in their weekly adds. You can also visit that store with their coupon and stack it with a manufacture coupon and save even more! Walgrees also has a monthly booklet full of coupons too.

3. Blinkies ~
They are those little machines in the grocery isle with a blinking light on them to get your attention. They dispense a coupon every 15 seconds.
4. Tear Pads ~
These are coupons on pads that are placed by the product on the shelf or display the coupon is for.
5. Peelies ~
These small coupons are literally on the item/s you are purchasing. You can either use it then, or on a later shopping trip! NOTE: Please don't pull them off the item if you are not purchasing it, this is unfair to others, and a couponing educate no no.
6. Catalinas/CATS ~
These are printed at the cash register when you complete your purchase. They are triggered by the item/s you purchase and are most of the time separate from your receipt. Some are printed on the back of your receipt too, so be sure to check those as well!
7. Magazines ~
There are tons of magazines out there that have coupons in them! One of my favorites is All*you. You can get a subscription or pick it up for cheap.
8. Phone Books ~
Everyone gets them, sometimes more than one! This is a good place to find local coupons to you.
9. eCoupons/Store Web sites ~
These coupons are loaded directly to your store's loyalty card and automatically taken off when you purchase that specific item.
10. Facebook ~
Do you like a certain brand? Go "like" their page on Facebook, and most of the time they will have a coupon that you can print. Make sure you check them frequently or keep them in your news feed. Sometimes they will just randomly post a coupon!
11. Printable Coupons ~
There are several websites out there that will allow you to print manufacture coupons from. You will have to download the coupon printer, but it's nothing big. We ALL have them on our computers!
Here are some websites you can print from:
coupons.com
smartsource.com
redplum.com
There are more, you just have to google them :)
12. Visit the manufacture's website ~
I will go into this one further a little late and post the link to the page.
Pick a manufacture and go to their website. Some will have coupons on there that you can print off.
Be sure to sign up for their newsletter. Most will periodically send coupons straight to your inbox for you to print! (You may want to create another email just for coupons.)
13. Buy Coupons ~
Yup, it's legal. They way that services get away with it is because you are being charged for their time. One that I would recommend is The Coupon Clippers.
Another good place to buy someone's time is eBay.
These are just some of the ways and places you can find coupons!
Now that you have some coupons ready to go, you will need to work on a plan for a shopping trip! You hac learn How to PLAN a Shopping Trip HERE!
If you know of another awesome way, please let me know and I will get it added!
I hope this had helped at least one of my readers!
